Founders Wayne Harth and Drew Stacy have 53 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry as directors of membership clubs, special events sales, catering and operations for the finest hotels and private clubs, including the iconic Hotel del Coronado, the luxurious (urban-chic) Fairmont Chicago and the exclusive Yellowstone Club.

Our Team
Wayne Harth
For 38 years Wayne Harth has been a force in the hospitality industry. After spending 19 years at the Fairmont Chicago where he was the Director of Catering and specialized in weddings, social events, and hotel engagement for holiday experiences, Harth landed at the legendary Hotel del Coronado in 2014. Over the course of his seven years at The Del as the Director of Membership Services and Special Events, Harth completely revamped the membership programs into robust world-class clubs by developing new programming that included trailblazing fitness and special events and exclusive member experiences.
A true creative visionary known for his high design and interactive entertainment, Harth has masterminded successful events such as the Grand Chefs Gala, Hallo-Wine & Spirits,, Beach Polo at The Del and myriad highly theatrical New Year’s Eve soirees such as The Greatest Legend, a circus spectacular, and Bal Masque, a black-and-white masquerade with Broadway performers. He transformed The Del’s membership calendar from 10 annual events to an astounding 54 memorable experiences that accelerated revenue generation and doubled membership totals. Harth has also worked with and produced events for several Fortune 500 companies such as Ecolab, Aon, Cisco, Kaiser, Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Drew Stacy
For the past 12 years, Drew Stacy has excelled in the hospitality industry on a trajectory of success. At Hotel del Coronado, Stacy worked in every department, gaining an astute knowledge of day-to-day operations at a megaresort. As Membership Operations & Special Events Manager at The Del, Stacy focused on improving the quality of the members’ experience and worked side by side with Harth to create capital projects with the intent of increasing revenue and guest length of stay. Stacy also helped implement The Del’s world-renowned holiday programming such as Del Lights (with 100,000+ lights displayed on the historic hotel) and A Winter Wonderland with its outdoor skating rink by the sea, VIP Lounges, Hollywood-esque set design and more. At the Yellowstone Club, he revamped their Lodge Keeping department by cutting costs, increasing productivity, and creating a program to work within the community. Stacy’s strategic and operational expertise and technical knowledge of systems vital to successful revenue management makes him a perfect complement to Harth’s creative visions. Fueled by his studies through Cornell University, Stacy has a razor sharp ability to develop and analyze budgets, and cut costs without sacrificing creativity or production value. A methodical thinker with a keen eye for improvement, Stacy also excels at relationship building, staff management and revenue maximization.
