As the COO for Strategic Hotels and Resorts, I have worked in the hotel industry for over four decades and was the General Manager for several hotels before accepting my current position. I’ve known and worked with Wayne Harth for nearly 20 years at two hotels. While I was the General Manager at the Fairmont Chicago, Wayne was the Director of Catering.
